First time posting, greetings to all.  Hoping to possibly find information on my Dad 1LT Richard "Dick" Monahan Navigator 773rd. Flew his combat missions between 11/44 and 05/45 to include Ploesti missions in April.  After the German surrender he remained in Italy ferry troop with the 772nd until separating at FT Devens, MA 10/45.  Only  names of his buddies from back then I have are Mervyn Moyles and Ralph Bender.   Pictures attached show two different a/c he may have flew on 44-8193 and 42-97539.  Picture of my Dad attached in case there are any 463rd WWII veterans on the line.   Many thanks.

I don't recall if I replied to you off this bulletin board or not but I am very interested in getting all the photos I can get to include on the next volume of 463rd Pictorial History CDs.

Also, at our reunion a couple of weeks ago there were only 9 veterans in attendance.  Their ranks are dwindling almost daily.  I will do my best to see if I can identify any still living that may have flown with him.  You may contact me directly via email using the historian link.
